The South Carolina State Ports Authority is required to publish a detailed notice of all money received and disbursed by the Authority during the preceding year. A statement should also be included showing the several sources that funds were received from and the balance on hand at the time of placement. The notice is to be placed once a year in a newspaper published in Charleston County.

“At least once in each year the Authority shall publish once in some newspaper published in Charleston County a complete detailed statement of all moneys received and disbursed by the Authority during the preceding year. Such statement shall also show the several sources from which such funds were received and the balance on hand at the time of publishing the statement and shall show the complete financial condition of the Authority.”
