Family:

  • Grandfather, Harry Legare Watson was the owner, editor and publisher of the Index-Journal and in the SCPA Hall of Fame
  • Great-Grandfather, Roswell T. Logan was the telegraph editor of the News and Courier in 1886
  • Mother, Virginia Watson Logan was on the ad staff of the Evening Post Co.
  • Aunt, Margaret Watson was a reporter for the Index-Journal
