Notice of terms by the fourth circuit courts when pleadings and papers are redeemable 14-5-660

A notice of each and every term of the fourth circuit courts needs to be published two weeks prior to the day of the month that the next court will open. The clerk of court in each county in the “fourth judicial circuit court” which is made up of Chesterfield, Darlington, Marlboro and Dillon counties needs to publish this notice in a newspaper in the county.

Exact wording:

“All recognizance, pleadings, notices and papers shall be returnable and applicable to the terms of the court as fixed by Section 145650 and the clerk of the court for each county in the fourth judicial circuit shall give two weeks’ notice of each and every term of the court in some newspaper published in the county, stating the day of the month on which the next court will open for the county.”
